For speed of hardware development and flexibility to adapt to nearly any application, the FPGA (field-programmable gate array) has become the workhorse of the electronics industry. Conduant has developed FPGA boards for use in our high speed record and playback applications and they are available for use in custom applications. Conduant can provide core software for all the major components on these boards leaving the user to add the final touches to customize the board for the specific application. These boards include PCI Express (PCIe) interfaces, high speed memory and high speed optical fiber interfaces. Applications include radar, high speed video, and many other real-time applications requiring high speed IO and/or processing. These boards are production ready and our offerings include both PXI Express (PXIe) and PCI Express boards but contact us if you need a different form factor (VPX, VXS, etc.), or a custom version.
